I found this dime while looking for silver ones. The dime appears to be off center on the face. The rim is much thicker on lower edge by the date. The reverse appears to be normal. Errors are rare mistakes that happen at the mint. Your coin is damaged on the obverse. That circular mark could be from a coin rolling machine.
