We purchased 5 climate control tickets to ride the Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad for this past fathers day weekend and while en route, had an hr drive, we got a flat tire. Tried calling to say that we would be late but no one answered the phone and the answering machine said that the office was closed till Monday.
