Does that mean I'll have to retake my courses if I plan to attend an NP program at another school? The thought alone is stressing me out. You have to find your own placements for clinicals which can be a challenge especially with all the nurses going back for NP school. It’s pretty expensive compared to most other NP programs as well. I would say 90% of all NP programs require students to find their own preceptors. That shouldn’t be the norm.
