Back before the respective planet was vaulted I only played hunter and was in the same situation. On a side note, these armor pieces from Legend DoE do typically roll with high-stat rolls. I've had some real juicers drop from the final chest. Ekuegan has a video showing some examples of the high-stat armor that drops at the final chest on legend.

I've tried a LOT to fix it. I may have experienced a small increase in FPS by deleting the CVAR file but I think it's placebo, because in Dares of Eternity it still bogs down to the 30s when all enemies load in, but feels a little less constant. My hardware runs Halo Infinite campaign at max settings at 2k at 60FPS, so it's pretty nonsensical.

The gameplay loop of strange coins to Dares to more strange coins was awesome and you could basically "grind" good rolls simply by playing the game. Now you have to play Dares till your eyes fall out if you want a good roll on a 30th anniversary weapon, or the cosmetics, because they're now massively more time-consuming to get ahold of.
