Lotus. Lotus is the answer. Those are (relatively) uncompromised driver's cars. I very nearly bought an Evora GT over the GT4 after driving both, but I had too many concerns about reliability, service and parts distribution given my plans for track use (I also liked the Cayman's aesthetic and cabin more).
I was quoted $100-150K for an RS allocation. That wasn't going to happen. "Cheapest" ADM I found on an in-stock RS was $65K, which was still ridiculous. I opted to pay $20K ADM for a GT4 allocation because used GT4s were going for $20K over MSRP. This late into the cycle, you'll probably have to call several dealers and you may get lucky. One caution on the waitlists, some dealers are allowing people to jump the line. So you may end up on an MSRP queue, but the dealer, when they actually get an allocation ... Sorry don't know, bought mine outright. I've had a few 911's and most recently a 718 GTS in crayon (chalk) which was fantastic and sold for £73k through RPM. My local dealer had a drop out and I stepped in to take their last GT4 allocation! There shouldn't be many Arctic Grey (non RS) GT4's in existence, which may help hold value.

Also the -30mm isn't super low compared to other cars on the market. No GT4 allocations available. Today I stopped in to test drive a 2013 C2S, and the dealer said they have a GT4 at port, and it is not yet sold. It was not an allocation, he claims, but Porsche offered it to him after it was built. He was asking $10K over MSRP, but brought it down to $6.5K over with no more room to move.

He said they are trying to keep in what they think is about the middle of ADM for GT car allocations. They're hearing some California P dealers are $200-250k ADM. SMH. I'll keep my CGTS...
