I've beaten Radahn and talked to the announcer, rested at a site of grace and all that stuff to reset the castle. I see that the plaza area now has the Crucible Knight + Misbegotten boss fight so that's one boss to defeat but I've also noticed that there are 2 lions at the front of the castle.
