Our K24Z3 turbo system is proving to be a really potent setup. Thanks to the Garrett G25-660, Napp Motorsports turbo manifold, and Bell intercooler core, we are making 470whp and 385wtq on wastegate spring pressure at only 12 psi! It’s an internally stock engine and tuned on e85. Is this the future for turbo 4 cylinder Miatas?

Oil cooler: The K24 does not come with an oil cooler. You can skip this step and not run with an oil cooler but I highly suggest swapping it over or running an external one. You'll need a 10mm allen key to remove the plug inside. The accord longblock may even be the cheapest. Jun 9, 2015 · For the bottom end we added lower compression JE pistons and stronger K1 rods, removed the problematic balance shafts while we were in there. Part 1: Cylinder Head. Part 2: Bottom End. Now it’s time to finish off our motor. Starting off with the good stuff, we chose a Borg Warner EFR 76/70 Turbo with a divided .94 A/R T4 flange exhaust housing. Part Number: AT949065ERL. The oil drain line is as follows: Turbo> 10AN drain flange > Straight 10AN end fitting > 10AN line > 45 degree 10AN end fitting > 10AN to 8AN adapter > 8AN to M14x1.25 direct 90 degree elbow > Oil pan drain plug hole. As is most things in this build, the line was self assembled.

Boost: If you read the description the Hondata automatically goes to low boost at 12-13 PSI when under E85 and goes to 18-20 PSI automatically once E65-70 is detected. K24z3/cu2 TSX turbo idea. I see a lot of people that turbo cu2 Accords/TSXs often Frankenstein or make a custom turbo kit. But Ive also heard that the full race turbo kit for the 9th gen civic/ k24z7 can be dropped in the cu2 tsx/accord BUT a different engine mount in the rear is needed to make the kit truly bolt on and functional.Sep 3, 2021 · 16” slipstreams.
