Kills reduces the cooldown yeah, and 2 kills will also give you invincibility for 1 second. If you build Leech with DPS weapons in mind, you'll never suffer any cooldowns if I'm being honest. According to the wiki, the pickup is 1.67 (basically 2) to 5.67 (I'm counting Walk in Closet for this because who doesn't have it?), and the game uses RNG in that range. Then it rounds it to the nearest whole number. So you basically NEED ammo bags for the Krinkovs.Another option is the Repeater 1874 with a more concealable smg, as although it’s concealment is worse than some other snipers, the Repeater is the best 246 dmg sniper, aside from its scope.
