Hello, I have to join a new forum every month to keep this mahindra going. This time it’s the shuttle shift. While feeding the shuttle shift went loose and it is in neutral. Previously the roll pin in the shaft sheared many times and was replaced with a Lynch pin.....bad move! Now the problem is in the tranny I think but need some schematics ...

The local Mahindra dealer charged me $170.00 to check everything and only replaced the fuel and fuel filter. I had already replaced the glow plugs at over $100.00. If this is a common problem with Mahindra, I would have NEVER purchased a Mahindra. I going back to the local Mahindra dealer in Little Rock, Arkansas .

The 4530 is mostly synchronized shifting, except for the high/low range. I would expect it to shift into gear without much trouble. Next chance you get try this.

rc70070 Discussion starter. 3 posts · Joined 2022. #1 · Jul 28, 2022. I have a 2015 or 16 Mahindra 2540 shuttle. Currently I cannot shift the lever into foward or reverse. The lever wont move. It seems to just be stuck. With that Said if you engage the clutch I can roll it back with the bucket like it was and is in neutral.
