Nov 2, 2023 · Updated the app, deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times, updated Roku tv software 2 times, restarted the tv from settings 2 times, my dad was upstairs on the phone with Xfinity which I assume entailed restarting the modem and other useless troubleshooting steps that Xfinity will walk everyone through, and still not working.
