Installed via Emudeck and wouldn't cooperate at all. I eventually had to set up the directory and path Yuzu as a non-Steam game to get Pokemon Violet to even boot. Flip over to desktop mode, open Yuzu, and click the green + that says "Add New Game Directory" and path it to wherever your ROM folder is.

However, EmuDeck has pushed a hotfix to add back support for Yuzu. In order to get this hotfix, open the EmuDeck application and say yes to the prompt. If you say no or miss this prompt, you may also apply this hotfix at any time by resetting ES-DE or Yuzu on the "Manage Emulators" page in the EmuDeck application.

I managed to find the AppImage file for the latest Linux mainline release of Yuzu, but I'm unsure of the installation process.
