Jul 12, 2016 · WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A UVERSE REMOTE CONTROL. I need a replacement UVERSE remote. I checked at the ATT store by my house and was told to order one online at ATT.COM. I placed the order on July 7th - paying up-front for the remote and for next-day shipping. I never received it and am being told now that the basic UVERSE remote is on backorder. Remote Control then returns to its normal state. 1. How to activate the batteries (two AA Alkaline batteries have been pre- installed) STEP 1. Pull the Tab on the back of the Remote Control straight out With one smooth motion. STEP 2. Press the AT&T@ key Will light up if the batteries are working properly.
