The other models might utilize the same grip frame size so equivalent old type grips will interchange, but for the Cobra, I know the new frame is slightly different, where the edges are beveled. All have reported that it is superior to the '55-'09 Python. Two potential causes, one perhaps more liikely than the other: A lighter V-spring will improve the pull, but is more likely to produce light strikes. Secondly, a slightly out-of-spec (short) firing pin "could" be a potential cause.
