The C308 is built off of a mishmash of Cetme and HK parts. Those parts are compatible, but need more fitment and finish to mesh properly. Fit and finish is something Century is notoriously poor at. I know in the past these things have been a crap shoot as far as what you get, but mine at least so far has been solid. Welds look good, the bolt isn't ground down, spacing is good, no canted sights, etc. Fires well, and surprisingly accurate.
