The HK has more muzzle flip (higher bore axis) but it is less snappy and punishing to the hand (you can dissipate energy only so many ways).

Whereas the GLOCK 19 is a much larger gun and it can soak up that recoil a little more. With a lot of guns, sometimes if they have more muzzle flip.
