And yeah, de neve is really nice. Ive lived in Canyon Point (Sunset Village) too, which is also a plaza. De neve is nicer and closer to campus but Sunset village has bigger rooms. My roommate lived in a suite (Hitch) freshman year. Note that suites don't have ac which was a deal breaker for both of us.

I lived in De Neve and my room faced the plaza, but I lived on the top floor so I’m not sure how much can really be seen into the window if it’s that high. However, you can always close the curtains whenever you need more privacy just to feel safer. In terms of it being noisy, that wasn’t the case for me at all.
