1 / 1. 2015 - 2020 Ford F150 - 2016 5.0 Turning Over but Wont Start - Went to take my son to school this morning, it was cold, about 25 degrees. I used the factory remote start and the key lit up green indicating the car has started but I didn't hear the engine like I normally do, thought nothing of it and let it warm up....Wayne, with out more information, year, make, model,engine, transmission,any recent repairs, previous issues, is the security light on, etc.. Confirm that you have one terminal hot all the time (B+), and a second terminal hot with the ignition switch in the on position. Put the FP relay back and check the terminals at the PCM relay.

In a no-crank condition, the engine is not cranking when you turn the key to crank the engine. In other words, you turn the key and nothing happens since the engine won't turn over. Verified. From the way you descibed you concern i beliver that the idle air control valve is sticking. The best way to describe is that it acts like a choke on a carburated vehicle. The IAC valve is located on the upper intake assembly and is help on by 2 8mm bolts and one electrical plug.
