130 ft.lbs. is correct. 1999 to 2016 Super Duty - Hub extender torque value - I have an 06 f350 dually 4x4 and had to take the hub extender and rotor off to do some work. All done but not sure of the torque value of the hub extender. I did a search and the only one I found was 130 ft lbs, but that was on a earlier model F350.

They are billet aluminum spacers 100 ft lb seems OK for the nuts that hold the spacer to the hub since they are the rounded accorn style nuts and they have locktite on them. It seems to low for the nuts that hold the wheel to the spacer since the factory torque spec for the lug nuts is 150 ft lb.
