Most cars will automatically have FFB gain of about 80. Turn off min force, it is SO bad, on logi wheels at least. Kinda odd since it's necessary for me in iRacing. For reference my settings are. I've got a 920 and while this has happened to me in Assetto Corsa, it's pretty rare. I've really only experienced it when trying out modded cars that have crazy force feedback settings after a bad crash or spin-out. I don't particularly remember it happening in other games. Unfortunately sounds like that wheel might be faulty.
