The site then signs me out of my account after about 10 seconds. I am able to log in and navigate the Xfinity site, I'm just not able to access "My Account" to see my billing and other account ... CCHeather. @ mrshaunyd Thank you for letting us know. If you do not log into the email every 90 days once the account is discontinued (for that email). The email is removed from the system, and you can not access it moving forward. I no longer work for Comcast.
