I just used traveluro for 2 hotels. 1 in new York, 1 in buffalo. Had no issues whatsoever. Was a great experience. Only to find out that online prices are lower than the actual price you customer service team are charging you false advertisement. Then they tell you that the rooms you looking had just been sold out and the same room that is available is going at a higher price.
