That being said if you want to be conservative and like playing defensive, the Blashpemous Blade is a good choice but not the best.

Dark Moon Greatsword give you better range options, but takes a lot more effort to obtain, unfortunately. Imo Dark Moon is fantastic in PvE, not so much in PvP (at least one on one PvP, in groups it performs better). Blasphemous blade is more allround PvE/PvP.
