The return line helps bleed off the vapor and return it to the tank, and also allows more fuel to keep passing through the fuel lines to keep cooler fuel present. It's kind of a hard plastic line with "quick disconnects" on both ends. Should be this part number, 2.5L Eng. 5201 85441 YJ for the supply line. They don't make them anymore. Try your luck at the local pick-a-part yard. The old Jeep's with carbs used a mechanical pump that wouldn't fit on a SBC. Sense it's a 95, if the stock pump in the tank is still functional then you just need a pressure reducer specific for carbs.
95 YJ fuel pressure regulator. I recently purchased the jeep and had to replace the fuel pump and assembly, which has now caused the jeep to run bad. I have scanned and trouble shot it and have discovered the return fuel line is capped off. The feeder line ties into the end of the fuel rail, but the return is capped off.
