Their buses go to their terminal in BA where they have storeage lockers. The lockers are behind the ticket counter. From there their vans can take you to a not too far away location for a very low cost. Although, i never had an occasion to use their lockers, I use their airport buses fairly often.

Hey there! I think 3 days 2 nights in Iguazú in enough to get to know the place but have more time in Buenos Aires (there's loooots to see there!).. I'd recommend taking a day trip to a nearby estancia (like Argentina Polo Day).

The law says you have to pay the 21% VAT tax whenever you pay in cash, and that includes US bills in cash. As said on a previous post, the ONLY way not to pay the VAT is a) to be a non-resident and b) pay with CC or wire transfer from abroad. Better to convert into pesos on arrival, but only as much as you need. Keep a couple of hundred in US dollars (still king in latinamerica) for backup. Yes, often you can use US dollars for a purchase, but usually at a loss. It is better to buy Argnetine pesos for purchases. I can recommend Alvaro, a taxi transfer and city tour service (tel. +5491126520285). Alvaro charges $20 US a fairly standard rate (eqiv. $ 1,200 Pesos).
