In an attempt to fix this, my voicemail service was turned off, the idea being that this would fix the problem and then voicemail would be reactivated. The voice mail was turned off over a week ago, but I still have the stuttering dial tone. I am not getting any callbacks from Xfinity with respect to the trouble tickets.
