Also do note that lich thralls converts do count into natural spawn count, but not the other way around.
They are still almost 2x slower though. The main problem is that they just spawn way less and get angry slower. And in some sitsuations liches can be faster than sister. But those are rare. Sisters are faster to farm, but much slower to set up, with having to do a granum void before each prospect.
