I started in Community-Based and that was hard at first, but my supervisor was a great support. Once my caseload was established, things were smooth. Wonderful group of individuals to work with on a daily basis, who truly do care for the patients. Company is working extensively to listen to the voice of the clinicians/non-clinical staff to make positive changes. Cons.
