During his years overseeing operations of the shelter he founded, Main Line Animal Rescue, Bill Smith pulled over a thousand dogs, cats, rabbits, and Guinea Pigs from Animal Care & Control in East Harlem and Brooklyn. With the help of his financial supporters, Bill provided these animals with veterinary care, then adopted them to great homes.
