It may have a few handling marks but nothing noteworthy IMO. Includes (1) factory magazine. Has a cheap Bushnell scope on it.The extra magazines that I got for my 922M were the 5 round ones, but they are the same physical size as the 7 round one. They put a spacer under the spring to reduce the capacity.
