I don't know about the BRN 180 specifically, but all I needed to put an MCX Virtus upper on an ADM UIC lower (Wilson Combat TR-TTU-3G trigger) was the MCX stock adapter. I've heard some triggers don't work with the Virtus uppers. You'll need the Sig MCX adapter because the recoil assembly sits higher than the rear of a standard USGI lower.
