8000 flash cards is a ton. I'd recommend no more than 80 new in a day plus reviews. That way you can sneak in 1 CARS passage and one other passage daily. I'd highly suggest at least 1 day off every week where you don't do anything Anki/MCAT related. This will take you about 4-5 months to finish ANKI.
