Unless you’re using the community patch, it looks like you picked the worst Gaige skills and decided to make a build off them. Edit- trust me I’ve tried using shock Gaige before. Yes its pretty hard to endgame gaige without anarchy because she has little DPS without it. But its actually pretty well balanced for most set ups. Just don't sham fleet. Maya is great fun but not for elemental damage, for crowd control, and AOE damge. The pitchfork is a much better sniper than the Lyuda for anarchy Gaige builds IMHO.
