The trunk relay caused the trunk to open on its own it's. It has nothing to do with the remote. When they change out the relay for a 2 shot relay, the problem is fixed. Then I did a couple of applications of goo gone till all adhesive was gone. I finished with Nu Finish car polish after washing off the goo gone with soap and water.
