I'll take RRECS (as it stands now) over mail counts or hourly any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Looking back, mail counts provided very little wiggle room for meeting standards every week, at least in my experience.There is no separate credit under rrecs. I heard that scanning them separately helps the coverage % to give the credit to each address, but it does not help parcel time. So if it's to the same address it doesn't matter for rrecs time.
