Subaru outback passenger window not working.
2017 outback. Battery died. No problem, it was old, and not unexpected. Changed battery. Now the driver side power window panel will not open passenger window at all, nor will the auto function work. I can put the driver window up or down, but only as long as I'm holding the button. Rear windows go up and down as usual.

As the title says, the switch to control the front passenger window from the driver side has suddenly stopped working. I can still control the passenger window from the passenger door switch. I also have not recently replaced my battery or made any other modifications. I tried the 10-second reset trick that some others have posted about ... Even if it is unlocked, you may want to toggle it a couple times and try again. 2 - Check the fuses. 3 - When in doubt reboot. Jun 9, 2023 · Thanks. This is a 2015 Outback 3.6r - all 3 other windows work fine just one rear passenger window with no tension in the one failed button if I lift the button up it just falls back down almost like a loose tooth. I understand it's just one fuse.

I had same problem too, check all wiring and there's power to the windows, send back to the agent & found that the motor relay switch died. Replacement cost was S$240+. The blind spot detection works whether your signal light is on or not. If your signal light is, the BSD light flashes quickly. If your just going forward, the light just comes on solid until the car has passed the blind spot zone. Too bad it doesn't work when your stopped in traffic and want to change lanes. Like.

The window power wiring goes from the breaker to the power window relay, which is normally closed whenever the ignition key is at ON, and from there to the switches. Take it in for warranty. Correct, if the fuse or relay were blown you wouldn't hear the motor. That the motor is trying suggests fuse, relay, switches, timer are all good - and they very rarely fail anyway.
