Still didn't work. Then I thought I had deleted every trace of Larian and BG3 on my PC and reinstalled, game still didn't work. Then finally I learned that the mods are still located in the appdata folder which I did the whole %appdata% thing to get to, and finally when I deleted them there it worked.
