So I have a mb8611 modem and have the 1200 down 20 up or whatever is supposed to be. Im getting the correct speed at my router and the internet is working fine in the home but on the modem the internet light the little globe is off, the up and down stream arrows are sloid blue and the networking light is blinking blue like normal but the globe is off.
