You acces it by clicking the planet/instance name right above chat, usualy next to to player count. it will open up a list of players on that instance, but you can write a name of a player, planet or guild and it will find and list them. example: Theres a guild called Smells like Chloroform. I just type Chloroform and it finds all active members.
