The budgetair.com price was over $200 less PER PERSON than the airline (WestJet) price. The savings were about $1,000 (17% off)! I took the chance and booked with budget air. THEN I started to read their reviews. 90% of the reviews are awful. I thought I had better try to try and cancel the flights.

Paid $1700 through Gotogate. Flight schedule wasn’t great, but beggars can’t be choosers. Received notification from airline of cancelled flight just before takeoff on return flight that ruined my schedule . Couldn't get through on chat to got-gate so I bought my own fare.
