The well worker will take empty buckets/waterskins from either the resource storage or the well's storage, and put the full buckets/waterskins in the food storage. When people drink the water, the empties are returned to the resource storage, and the cycle continues. THANKS, how ever I don't have food storage yet. I am still at build limit 5.
