Title. I input the correct command, grant me access level 32 as the chat says, and the admin panel doesnt show up. Tried this in a vanilla server with no mods and nothing, same in my modded server with friends. It used to show up without an issue before this update! Anyone having the same issue or know any fixes?

Ya I've tried to grant admin to my character I play on, and it says he doesn't exist as well. I think the character receiving admin has to be in the server when the command is run. I do think that the user at least has to be created. If you want to grant admin to user "X", you will probably have to connect at least once as user "X".
