MNR has the seats facing away from the middle while LIRR has the middle seats facing towards the middle. MNR’s design is both better but worse because it creates seats facing each other right by both doors as opposed to the one in the middle. Why is the 7 express still going to run. In a week until 2024, both directions it’ll stop at local stops from 74th to qbp. This just adds merging delays and reduced service for 82-111. It skips 2 unique stops on one side for the whole route (or 4 the other side) since the local is also skipping 2 for station improvements. Stupid af 😡😡 ...
