Glen Moore2 - I too have experienced multiple issues with Microsoft Rewards, with increasing frequency, both using Bing and Xbox versions. I too have also submitted multiple requests to investigate the issues encountered (to the above support link) and have received ticket numbers as responses, with no further involvement from anyone.

Over the last few months: 1) No more 100 point weekly xbox treasures. 2) Xbox monthly quest went from 2500 to 1000 points. 3) Xbox achievements went from 50 to 5 points. 4) No more edge bonus use of 20 points.
