Newbie. 06-18-2013 11:26 AM. My Fios TV remote has recently stopped responding for certain aspects eg Guide, DVR, menu buttons etc will not work. The remote still powers the tv so I can turn it on and off and control the volume as normal. I have tried reprogramming the remote and changing the batteries and nothing seems to work.
