I have not used the loader for several years and recently had it sold to someone who also had an 8N. However, when we tried to mount the loader on his tractor we had major problems. To me, a loader on an 8n in 2007 is a bad idea because it destroys this tractor's near perfect weight distribution, and kills it's advantages of compact size and light weight. I still use my 8n on a 2-row corn planter and in my opinion there is not a modern tractor that is better at this task.
