The 300 Blackout was designed to use all standard .223 parts excepting the barrel. Even the BCG is exactly the same, and interchangeable. There is no distinction between a 300 BO lower, and a .223 lower. Any "MIL SPEC" lower is like any other lower and AR uppers, if also MIL SPEC, will fit without a problem.
