Jostabeere is right in his assertion that bots use different weapon stats because they utilize multiple weapon templates. Most weapons follow a variation of the M4 template (used by the CAR-4), with shotguns being the exception.

You don't need to pick one or the other. The sniper-LMG-shotgun combo works pretty well, so give your bots one weapon of each type. R93 is best used against specials, while the other two are for crowd control. I always find Hoxton stealing my kills with the R93. Steakout or Buzzsaw for close-quarters maps.
