You should be able to one or two shot the piglich. You can get 20% base current hp% from affix, another 40% from perfect gems. Piglich not spawning I am trying to find the piglich to get piglich hearts, but I have not been able to find any. I have gone to multiple pyramids, destroyed all of the spawners in them, and reloaded the chunks.
