I don't know how long this has been in effect - but I don't understand the rational of not opening until 8:30 a.m. during the week. This is the time people actually already need to be at work. I needed to mail a package on my way to work and found the post office closed. I had to go to West Hartford -- where they are open at 6:30 a.m. Sunday Closed.
